At Chex, customer support is important to us. We have listed here our most common questions for non-customers, we hope this will answer any queries you might have. If you cannot find an answer here, remember that you can contact us via email from our Contact Us page.

| How do I pay? |
We accept accept payments online by credit card and Paypal, by UK cheque and UK Postal Order, or by Western Union money transfer. |
| How do I renew |
We will send you a reminder by email. |
| Upgrading your account |
To upgrade any part of your chex account, please contact us with your request. |
| Changing my Account password |
To change your main account password, you need to log in to your control panel and select the change password option. |
| Forgotten Password |
If you need to reset you password, please contact our support team. You will understand the need to verify who you are to ensure your password is only given to you! |
| Account Quota |
Your account has a quota - the amount of disk space it can use to store your website, emails, database, web site statistics etc.
If your quota is exceeded then some aspects of your account wont work properly. No new statistics will be recorded, no new emails can be received etc until your disk usage is reduced, or your quota raised (by contacting our support team. Short term raises are usually free, permanent increases are at a small charge).
You can check your current disk usage at any time using your Control Panel. |
